Our Commitment to Quality Protoflex is proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on all product lines bearing the “Lifetime Warranty” logo on the packaging, excluding Microcellular Foam Bump Stops. If you encounter any difficulties, or if a product does not function as intended, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you.

Continuous Improvement Policy We are deeply committed to learning from your experience to engineer better products. Therefore, for all Lifetime Warranty claims, we require the return of the defective product to our facility. This allows our engineering team to observe the part, identify whether the issue stems from a production defect or an installation error, and use this data for continuous product development.

Terms and Conditions

1. Coverage and Eligibility This Warranty covers Protoflex products against factory defects in material and workmanship and damages resulting from normal daily use on passenger cars and light-duty pickup trucks.

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser who holds a valid Proof of Purchase (invoice/receipt).

  • The warranty is valid for the lifetime of the vehicle on which the product was originally installed, provided the ownership has not changed.

  • Product Exception: This Lifetime Warranty does not apply to Microcellular Foam Bump Stops (PF-UBS Series).

2. The “1-on-1 Replacement” System This warranty operates on a 1-on-1 Replacement basis. This means the warranty coverage is valid for exactly one (1) claim per purchased product. Once a replacement part has been issued for a specific claim, the warranty for that specific item is considered fulfilled and discharged.

3. Limitation of Liability This warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of the defective product. Protoflex shall not be liable for any consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Costs of removal and re-installation (labor costs).

  • Vehicle towing, rental car fees, or loss of time/revenue.

  • Damage to other vehicle components.

4. Exclusions from Warranty This warranty does not apply to products that fall under the following categories:

  • Excluded Product Lines: Microcellular Foam Bump Stops are explicitly excluded from Lifetime Warranty coverage.

  • Motorsport & Racing: Products used for track racing, rallying, competition, or drifting.

  • Heavy-Duty or Commercial Use: Products used in heavy-duty or commercial environments, Installed on any vehicle that has carried loads in excess of automobile manufacturer suggested weight limits, including but not limited to mining sites, plantations, or off-road heavy utility activities.

  • Improper Installation & Modification: Products that have been modified without authorization, improperly installed, or used on vehicles outside the compatibility list provided in the fitting instructions.

  • External Damage: Damage caused by fire, extreme heat, accidents, collisions, sharp object cuts, or intentional damage.

  • Cosmetic Wear: Scratches or surface abrasions occurring during normal use that do not affect the mechanical functionality of the bushing.

5. Reservation of Rights Protoflex and its Authorized International Dealers reserve the right to deny a Lifetime Warranty claim if there is any indication that these Terms and Conditions have been violated.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a claim for an international purchase, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to Protoflex Customer Service via WhatsApp (+62 818-950-595) or the Authorized Dealer where the product was purchased.

  2. Provide Evidence: You must provide as much information as possible, including:

    • Proof of Purchase (Invoice).

    • Details of the installation and the symptoms experienced.

    • Clear photos or videos of the defective product and its installation on the vehicle.

  3. Return the Product: Upon preliminary approval, you will be required to return the defective unit to Protoflex in INDONESIA.

  4. Shipping Costs: Please note that the purchaser is solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with the warranty claim. This includes:

    • The cost of shipping the defective product to Protoflex.

    • The cost of shipping the replacement product back to the purchaser.

  5. Evaluation & Replacement: Once the return is received and the claim is verified as a manufacturing defect or valid failure under normal use, Protoflex will process the replacement product for shipment.
