1. Product Fitment & Customer Responsibility

Protoflex products are precision-engineered to match specific OEM part number dimensions and vehicle compatibility lists provided on our website/packaging.

  • Consultation: If you are unsure about the correct part for your vehicle, we strongly encourage you to consult with Protoflex Customer Service before placing an order. We are happy to assist you in verifying compatibility to ensure you get the right product.

  • Liability: Ultimately, by placing an order, the customer assumes full responsibility for the correctness and suitability of the selected parts. Protoflex does not accept responsibility or liability for errors made by the customer regarding part numbers or vehicle incompatibility if no prior consultation was sought.

2. Pricing & Payment Methods

  • Currency: All international transactions are processed in USD (US Dollar).

  • Exchange Rates: For customers using a credit card with a base currency other than USD, the final exchange rate will be determined and applied by the buyer’s credit card issuing bank. Please check with your bank regarding their specific exchange rates and any potential foreign transaction fees.

  • Payment Options: We process payments securely via the PayPal payment gateway. You may pay using your PayPal balance or major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through the PayPal interface.

3. International Shipping

  • Shipment Origin: We ship globally from Jakarta, Indonesia.

  • Logistics Partners: We ship globally using premium third-party logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, or equivalent courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery.

  • Required Information: To ensure successful delivery and customs clearance, buyers must provide their Full Legal Name, Complete Shipping Address (P.O. Boxes are generally not accepted by express carriers), and a Valid Contact Telephone Number.

4. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): The product price and shipping fees paid at checkout DO NOT include import duties, VAT, GST, or local taxes.

  • Buyer Responsibility: All customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are usually collected by the carrier upon delivery.

  • Customs Delays: It is the buyer’s responsibility to track their shipment. Packages may be held in the destination country for customs formalities or documentation required from the consignee. Protoflex is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

5. Return Policy

We accept returns for international orders under the following strict conditions:

  • Timeframe: Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all manufacturer barcode labels intact.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% of the item price (minimum USD $10) applies to all non-defective returns.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs back to our facility in Indonesia.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used, installed, modified, are incomplete, or sent without prior approval will not be refunded.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact Protoflex Customer Service via WhatsApp (+62 818-950-595) to request a Return Authorization.

  2. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method (using the original carrier is recommended).

  3. Email your tracking number to us as proof of return.

6. Refund Policy

  • Process: Once the return is received and inspected at our facility, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal/Credit Card).

  • Amount: You will receive a refund equivalent to 80% of the item cost (Item Cost minus the 20% Restocking Fee). Shipping charges are not refunded.

  • Stock Shortages: In the rare event an item is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled, you will be refunded the full amount (including shipping) for that specific item.
